All custom designs with name or photo are made-to-order pieces, hence cannot be exchanged or returned. Please ensure the name and size is checked twice. Be assured our pieces are true to size, hence you will not face any issue if the size chart is followed.

We ship all products from India. Please note that any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
